Dr. SURENDRA BIST
Dr. Surendra Bist is the visionary Chairman of MSRB College, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in multinational companies in Australia, he brings a unique blend of global corporate exposure and educational insight.
Holding a Ph.D. from a reputed international university, Dr. Bist excels in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and student development. His leadership is focused on people-centric governance, innovation, and building strong industry-academic linkages.
Passionate about student success, he emphasizes discipline, ethics, soft skills, and professional readiness. Under his guidance, the college has grown into a hub of industry-aligned education, offering students real-world exposure and values-based learning.

Managing Director
Mrs. Charru Panwar Bist
Mrs. Charru Panwar Bist is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience across international finance, banking, insurance, and corporate advisory. A Delhi University graduate, she brings a strong academic and corporate background to her role as Managing Director.
Her leadership blends global insight with a deep passion for education. Known for her strategic thinking and people-first approach, she actively mentors students in areas like discipline, values, and career readiness.
At MSRB College, she oversees overall operations, ensuring academic quality, efficient administration, and continuous institutional growth. Her philosophy of purpose-driven leadership and commitment to excellence continues to guide the college forward.

Mr. Shiv Kumar
Dr. Shiv Kumar is an experienced academic leader with over 25 years in education, school leadership, and curriculum development. As Director, he focuses on holistic student growth, inclusive learning, and modern teaching practices.
He has led key initiatives in educational innovation, technology integration, and faculty development. Known for his student-first approach, Dr. Kumar emphasizes life skills, values, and academic excellence.
His “Parent Connect” model fosters strong relationships between the institution and families. With a clear vision for future-ready education, he continues to inspire transformation across the institution.
Business Head
SHUBHAM KALA
Shubham Kala has 15+ years of experience in hospitality, handling hotel operations across India and abroad. With a degree from IHM Guwahati and certification in mixology, he leads multi-property portfolios, revenue strategy, and guest experience. He also supports government skill programs and CSR initiatives to train and upskill future hospitality professionals.
With strong experience in hotel management, Shubham Kala has worked across multiple hospitality projects and property launches. He combines academic knowledge and practical leadership to manage operations, marketing, and revenue. As a State Head for skill programs, he also contributes to vocational training, helping students gain real industry-ready skills.
Shubham Kala is known for his leadership in hotel operations, project development, and guest experience enhancement. His background from IHM Guwahati and mixology certification strengthens his expertise. Along with hotel leadership, he drives skill development initiatives, guiding youth through structured training and industry exposure to build confident hospitality professionals.
